APEC provides planning, coordination and supervision of subcontractors providing cadastral,
topographic and Differential GPS survey services for various projects including site investigation
and remediation, phase I site assessment, landfill siting, groundwater monitoring and production
wells, and site assessments.

Chalan Pago Former Exxon (CPFE): APEC coordinated and supervised the surveying of 16
newly completed groundwater monitoring wells, 7 soil vapor extraction wells, 7 air sparging wells
and key site features for the purpose of producing CAD base maps in support of site
investigation and remediation at a 16,000 gallon subsurface gasoline release.

Saipan International Airport Fuel Release: APEC coordinated and supervised the surveying
of 3 newly completed groundwater monitoring wells, remediation system wells and key site
features for the purpose of producing CAD base maps in support of site investigation and
remediation at a 7,500 gallon subsurface Jet A-1 fuel release at the international airport in Dan
Dan, Saipan.

AAFB B-2 Bomber Crash Site Investigation:  APEC coordinated and supervised the
surveying of a newly completed groundwater monitoring well.  In addition APEC provided
differential GPS surveying of crash site features, sampling grid and sample locations.  APEC
produced ESRI GIS based maps in support of site investigation activities.

Nambo Phase I: APEC coordinated and supervised cadastral and topographic surveying in
support of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) of Lot 177-4-R2, Yona, Guam.  The
subject property forms an area encompassing approximately 4,637,165 square meters.  In
addition, APEC provided differential GPS navigation services for the location and collection of
200 soil samples located within a grid overlay of the site.  ESRI GPS maps were produced in
support of site investigation activities.

Environmental Impact Assessment for Proposed Aimeliik Landfill, Babeldaub, Palau:
APEC coordinated and supervised archeological, wetlands, biological and cultural surveys for the
proposed Aimeliik Landfill.  In addition APEC supervised hydrogeological and geotechnical field
work.

Municipal Solid Waste Landfill Field Investigation Report, Guatali, Piti, Guam. APEC
coordinated and supervised surveying activities in support of studies for fault proximity,
geological stability, wetlands, archeology and unexploded ordnance.

Bean’s Bridge Wetlands Delineation.  APEC coordinated and supervised centerline
delineation of soil test pits and differential GPS field data collection including ESRI GIS map
production In support of a wetlands delineation project.

United States Navy, Comprehensive Long -Term Environmental Action, Navy Clean II,
CTO 0017, Tiyan, Guam, Tiyan Landfill Closure:
APEC coordinated and supervised site
surveying activities in support of landfill closure construction activities including geophysical
survey, passive soil vapor survey, trenching and soil sampling, surface debris mapping.

United States Navy, Comprehensive Long -Term Environmental Action, Navy Clean II,
CTO 65, NCTAMS Former Barrigada Disposal Area, Guam:
 APEC coordinated and
supervised site surveying activities in support of four sites identified through prior research as
potential areas of environmental contamination resulting from past solid waste disposal practices.
Activities included geophysical survey, passive soil vapor survey, trenching and soil sampling,
surface debris mapping.

United States Navy, Comprehensive Long -Term Environmental Action, Navy Clean II,
CTO 45, Agana Power Plant, Mongmong, Guam:
 APEC coordinated and supervised site
surveying activities in support of an Abbreviated Remedial Investigation of the former Navy power
plant.
United States Navy, Comprehensive Long -Term Environmental Action, Navy Clean II, CTO 47,
Plating Shop Leach Field Removal Action, Former Naval Ship Repair Facility, Guam: APEC
coordinated and supervised site surveying activities in support of a non- time critical removal
action (removal of metal contaminated soil) at the former Navy Plating and Battery Shop.
